1. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to personal data processed through mikhailzhuchkov.com, including data submitted through contact forms and data generated by the technical operation of the website.
2. Data we may collect
- your name, if you choose to provide it;
- your email address;
- the question, business situation or other information you enter in the form;
- technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, referring page, date and time of access, and basic website usage data where generated by the platform or analytics settings;
- subsequent correspondence and information you voluntarily provide.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information through the form unless it is necessary and legally permitted.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data is used to receive and respond to inquiries, assess a potential consulting engagement, communicate about requested services, maintain website security and operation, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and managing professional communications. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Retention
Inquiry data that does not lead to a client engagement is normally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication. It may be deleted earlier following a valid request. Data may be retained longer where necessary for a contract, accounting or tax requirements, establishment or defence of legal claims, or another obligation under applicable law. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients and processors
Data is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and communications, including Tilda Publishing as the website and form platform, hosting and infrastructure providers used by Tilda, and the email service used to receive and manage inquiries. Providers act under their own terms and, where applicable, data-processing arrangements.
Data may also be disclosed where required by law, a competent authority or for the protection of legal rights.
6. International transfers
Some technology or email providers may process data outside Serbia. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards required by applicable Serbian data-protection law will be relied on, taking into account the destination, provider commitments and available contractual or statutory safeguards.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential technical storage required for operation and limited analytics provided through Tilda settings. Analytics information is used to understand aggregate website performance. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated where required.
8. Security
Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To exercise these rights, email workandcontrol@gmail.com. Identity may be verified where reasonably necessary. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
10. Third-party links
This website links to LinkedIn, vc.ru, Google Drive, Yandex Disk, WhatsApp and Telegram. Their processing practices are governed by their own privacy notices. Opening an external link may allow that provider to receive technical information about your visit.
11. Changes and contact
This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Questions about this notice or personal-data processing can be sent to workandcontrol@gmail.com.
